The result is an unparalleled pricing advantage only accessible via InSymbiosis.
In addition to lower CRO rates, our clients also benefit from the peace of mind that every CRO in our network has been audited by our Quality Assurance Group and is then actively monitored by our scientists ensure that deliverables are met.
When outsourcing activities to GLP, GCP or GMP compliant CRO and CMO vendors, it is fundamentally important that the vendors are audited to assure regulatory compliance. The auditors who form the InSymbiosis Quality Team use our customized Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the quality of the outsourced R&D. By following a strict set of SOP’s, our Quality Team assures that the CROs and CMOs chosen by our clients for outsourcing via our General Contractor model are fully compliant. Audit reports are available should our clients not wish to audit vendors themselves. This service is included at no cost as part of the many benefits of InSymbiosis’ CRO Optimizer.
CROs and CMOs need to be managed to make sure that they deliver on time according to the specifications outlined in the contract and/or protocol, together with the appropriate level of scientific integrity. By outsourcing via InSymbiosis’ General Contractor model, our clients gain access to subject matter experts (e.g. a toxicologist, CMC specialist, etc.) who are able to provide CRO oversight. This includes reviewing work plans and protocols, on-site monitoring of vendor activities, as well as data and report reviews. Ongoing feedback is provided to the client to ensure that all issues are solved and complete client satisfaction is achieved. Again, this service is provided at no cost as part of the many benefits of InSymbiosis’ CRO Optimizer.
The engagement of any CRO requires a great deal of back office work. Confidentiality agreements (CDAs) need to be put into place, requests for proposals (RFPs) need to be drafted and sent, proposals reviewed and negotiated and master service agreements (MSAs) reviewed and negotiated. Since InSymbiosis already has established relationships with a large CRO network, much of this legwork has already been done, making the addition of new CROs to our network a seamless process. Ultimately, our goal is to provide our clients with CRO proposals that offer:
• The best possible price
• The best terms and conditions
• A schedule that fits the client’s development plan
• A rapid and streamlined contracting process
Once we have achieved this, we then add in the additional discounts and benefits that are part and parcel of InSymbiosis’ CRO Optimizer.
A large global network of vetted and audited CROs covering the entire gamut from late discovery to Phase III. CROs are contracted via InSymbiosis using our innovative General Contractor model that enables access to a range of additional benefits.
